TLC was founded over 20 Years ago in response to a lack of support, motivational and confidence enhancing training for social workers. At the time practically all training programmes were heavily client focused with the needs and well-being of committed professionals greatly overlooked.

TLC believes that now more than ever we need to create a New Training Paradigm by giving equal priority to practioners needs along side those of the client groups they serve.

Our training programmes are based around the personal experiences of the trainers and different methodologies including Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence.
