Dessert Wines are generally served as a dessert or with a dessert as they have a very sweet taste to them. Many Dessert Wine - Bodegas El Porvenir Laborum Torrontesdessert wine drinkers believe the wines are better to have alone or with a sweet cake or pudding. There is no specific recognition of a dessert wine as different countries treat dessert wines differently. For example, in Britain any sweet wine is classed as a desert wine, whereas over in America any wine that has over 14% alcohol within the beverage is classed as a desert wine.

The Bodegas El Porvenir Laborum Torrontes Late Harvest 2007 is a very sweet dessert wine that is enjoyed by many. The wine itself has a very rich and sweet style to it and can be endured with a dessert after a meal. The wine was produced by Luis Ismet and Maria Pelayo who both work for a family run vineyard in Argentina. The grapes used within the wine are Torrontes grapes which help give it that overall flavour and texture. This Argentinean Dessert Wine has a low count in sulphites.
