Gareth Roberts from Carbon Zero nominated for Business Person of the year

A young businessman who started his green energy company just two years ago was nominated for one of the top awards CARBON ZERO GARETH JONES WITH THE AWARDS.at the inaugural Free2Network awards that took place in October 2011. Gareth Jones from Llandudno was nominated for Business Person of the year at the awards and was presented at Deganwy Quay Hotel and Spa on 14th October.

The young businessman set up a green energy company, based in St Asaph Carbon Zero UK that specializes in the installation of renewable energy systems for both homes and businesses. The company was launched in 2009 and is seeing annual turnover continually rising, with turnover to reach an expected £1 million, thanks to the recent surge in the interest and implementation of green energy systems.

Gareth, the owner and youngest ever president of the Federation of Master Builders, said that he was thankful for the nomination of the award, and said that renewable energy is an exciting field of work that is becoming more and more popular, with plans by 2020 that every new build will have to be run in self sustaining methods. This is a great prospect for Gareth and Carbon Zero UK as business and new technology combined with innovative energy systems could be set to boom.
