You cannot go a day without a headline jumping out at you about the negative effects of Wine and beer and the low sulphite winedetrimental effects it can have on your health, with one of them being cancer.  However if you believe all the negative press about both food and drink you would be very limited in regards to what you can actually put into your body.

Wine drinking whether positive or negative is constantly in the press so lets clear a few things up.

The EU lawmakers allows up to 80 different chemicals to be added to wine, they justify this by saying that wine is such a wide and varied subject and that there are thousands of grape varieties, unlimited different microclimates, producers, weather patterns and production methods etc.

Unfortunately it turns out that it is only the cheap mass produced wine that has high level of these chemicals containing high levels of sulphites.  Sulphites are believed to cause mouth, throat and abdominal cancers as well as asthma.  Wines with high levels are sulphites are not good for and also cause horrendous hangovers because of the amount of chemicals.

If you are one of the hundreds of thousands of people that are affected by these horrendous hangovers why not try drinking Low Sulphite Wine?
