Dye Sublimation Printing is a procedure for transferring full colour graphics or photographs onto a large selection of items. These include metal, ceramics, Unisub products and glass, all of which are specially pre-coated and, therefore, sublimation receptive. Certain synthetic fabrics can also be printed allowing you to transfer your designs onto T-shirts, bar runners, jigsaw puzzles, mousemats and more.

First, you design the artwork on your PC using almost any standard graphics software. The printer is loaded with sublimation ink and you can print onto Epson, photo-quality 720 dpi paper. We supply a number of printer/ink options including Sublijet™, renowned for it's vibrancy and ease of use.

A Heat Press is used to transfer the image to the end product. With heat and pressure the inks convert from a solid to a gas and penetrate into the surface of the substrate. This gives a far more durable finish in comparison to some other transfer methods where the image is only applied to the surface.

The process is quick and easy and as the equipment is quite compact, minimal working space is required. You can print as many or as few prints as you need therefore producing a 'one off', short run or multiples to suit your requirements. End results are vibrant, photo-realistic images on a wide range of unique personal and promotional products that your customers will love.
