Llandudno is a fantastic place to stay and we’re very big fans of the area – mostly because of the masses of tourism that Llandudno has brought to North Wales. In a time of the British Tourist Town going into decline, Llandudno seems to buck the trend year after year, providing to all of us that care and investment is needed in our historic towns in order so they can perform at their very best.

A large part of Llandudno’s good standing both nationally and internationally (for instance, Llandudno won the 4th best place in the world in the Lonely Planet awards at the end of 2016)  is thanks to it’s incredible amount of high quality hotels, which offer you and yours a luxurious place to stay, and all of the bells and whistles you’d expect from much larger chain hotels – but the personality that only comes with small independents.

For instance, the St Tudno Hotel which graces the absolutely beautiful North Parade (some call the North Parade the envy of Llandudno) boasts a number of individually designed rooms, each of them outfitted in the full Victorian splendour you’d expect in Llandudno. There’s no reason to think that having original features means run-down, either. Rest assured, with the St Tudno Hotel in Llandudno, the Victorian décor isn’t from those times. Instead it’s deliberate – everything is clean, new, and so very vintage that exploring the hotel is like taking a trip back in time, in all the right ways.

If you’re not sold already, the St Tudno Hotel in Llandudno also has an excellent restaurant. This lovely little place boasts pretty murals of Lake Como throughout it all, some very fine dining options as well as excellent service and very attentive staff. Furthermore, The Terrace at St Tudno is very well known for its Michelin Rated food – as well as an assortment of fantastic afternoon teas.

If you’re after a relaxing time away without breaking the bank, then the St Tudno Hotel in Llandudno is for you!
