Beech DevelopmentsThere remains a reported shortage in new housing across the UK and there is a particular demand for more houses to be built in the North Wales area.

Prestigious housing developers Beech Developments are one of the innovative companies challenging this shortage while maintaining a low impact on the natural environment of North Wales.

Their latest development of Gwel-Y-Mynydd has proved extremely popular and done a great deal to increase housing options in the Llandudno Junction area.

This is just the latest development from Beech to bring greater housing choice to the area. Their previous development Gwel-Y Castell was a big hit with homes being reserved very rapidly. Gwel-Y-Mynydd actually features the most popular housing types from the previous development so those who missed out can have another chance to snap up their dream home.

Although Gwel-Y-Mynydd is bringing more houses to the area it is still incorporating the Beech philosophy of sustainability and low environmental impact. With solar panels and efficient water and waste systems all of the homes on Gwel-Y-Mynydd are highly energy efficient saving both energy and money for their occupants. Sensitive planning and planting have also been utilised to encourage wildlife to the area.

Another great aspect about the development is that it has a house type suitable for everyone, whether they are a young professional or family and the homes are available via the Wales Help to Buy scheme as affordable housing.

We are looking forward to seeing more developments like this from the Beech Developments team soon. The houses at Gwel-Y-Mynydd are proving just as popular as previous developments with the homes being reserved very rapidly, which just goes to show that the demand for more housing is urgent.
