Tetra Radios are widely used by the emergency services. These radios are special devices that offer a secure and reliable communication system. We specialize in the installation and training with the use and maintainance of Tetra Radios.
Gemini Tech has been trading since 1989, it was founded by Dawn Oliver and Norman Allen. Both Norman and Dawn have come from a background in the telecommunications industry, both gaining over three years experience working for the network operator Vodafone. In the early nineties, Norman Allen formed the first independent City and Guilds certificate for installation training course based within the UK. Gemini Tech still run 2 courses per month, course content is constantly being updated with the fast development of new technologies within the cellular industry.

Through experience, Gemini Tech understands that no two project rollouts are identical. We could spend time here telling you about the Gemini difference and the value that we can add to your project but, without specifics all we can give is an overview. We welcome the opportunity to provide bespoke solutions with dedicated resource for your fleet and in the first instance would suggest that you contact us direct.
City & Guilds is recognised all over the world and the course can be tailored to any country, network and radio equipment.
Gemini Tech are an APPROVED training centre base in Rhyl but have travelled all over the world delivering City & Guilds courses e.g. South Africa, Southern Ireland and Australia for example.
The courses are based on the UK code of practice FCS1362 for good working practices across all types of installations.
The governing body Firelink have launched the courses. As an Airwave training partner we have been delivering Tetra Training courses for the past 4 years and are very conversant with the network and the equipment.
The courses below are currently delivered by Gemini Tech and again are based on the UK code of practice FCS 1362 and the Firelink code of practice for good working practices across all types of installations.
Firelink have launched the courses to the Fire Service nationwide, as it not only gives the FRS individual an accreditation from the network operator but also give each FRS radio engineer a world wide qualification.
These courses can be made available for the other services, such as the Police and Ambulance services engineers to gain accreditation for their services.
