Retail Opportunities

This area has become a focal point for the motoring industry. There are many show rooms such as Ford and Mercedes and Land Rover. Both companies in the area also repair your cars if necessary.These companies are very succesfull for what they do as there are many competitors in the motoring business such as Volkswagon and Vauxhall.

There are also big retail companies like Asda, Tesco and Iceland. Asda and Iceland are both located by the train station and Tesco is on the opposite side of the roundabout to Cineworld. Booker is also another big company but they are more of a buisiness to buisiness company.

There is also a Pizza Hut, McDonalds and KFC. These companies are located in the same area as cineworld. Pizza hut McDonalds and KFC all made good decisions to place a restraunt where they have because Cineworld is a very popular cinema is North Wales. The food and drinks are quite expensive in Cineworld so people like to eat what they can from home before going in and then will resort to a KFC, McDonalds or Pizza hut if they feel that they have the need to.

Also on the main street going the Llandudno Junction there is a Barclays bank. It is only a small bank but a reasonable size for a bank. It is located just down the road from the Co-Operative.
